Adopt-a-School Program
The Utah Medical Association (UMA) recently passed a resolution spearheaded by the Environmental/Public Health Committee (Dr. Rodier is chairman) entitled Adopt-a-School. This program is designed to
allow doctors throughout the state of Utah to "adopt" schools and help students
integrate lifestyle changes (nutrition and exercise) to mitigate the devastating effects of obesity.
